Deliveries made: Mon-Sat 8am-5pm

PLEASE NOTE: Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.

Tracking your order

To track your order you'll need your Order Number displayed on the confirmation notification sent to the email provided.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation on screen and a confirmation via email. We’ll also email you when your order is dispatched, which will include a carrier tracking link. If you haven’t received an email please check you junk email folder or send a message to our Customer Service team at contact@colehaan.eu to check the email on record.

Order cut off

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the following day

Examples

An order placed at 1pm on a Monday:

  • • The order is processed and dispatched on Monday, the same day.

An order placed at 7.30pm Monday:

  • • The order is processed on Tuesday, which is the following day after your order.

Orders under minimum value of free shipping:

Some promo codes or specifically priced product may take your order value under minimum value to benefit from free shipping, at which point a Standard Delivery charge will apply.

Delivery instructions

If you think you might not be in to receive your delivery, you can leave instructions for the courier to leave it in a specific place or with a neighbor. Enter delivery instructions in the checkout before placing your order.

Otherwise, the parcel will be left in a secure place and the courier will post a card through your door telling you where your parcel has been left. If there's no suitable secure place to leave your parcel it will be sent back to the sorting office, and we'll try again the next day. The courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel but if they are unsuccessful, it will be sent back to our warehouse and your order will be refunded.
