Returns Policy

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Every Cole Haan product is backed by our long-standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, kindly follow the below steps to return your purchase. If something is not quite right you have got 28 days to send back your items for FREE for a full refund. Any returns must be unworn or unused and in their original condition and packaging, and you must have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return my items?’ section.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

To return by post, we use an approved carrier - free of charge.

Please follow the steps below to produce your Returns label:

  • 1. Go to our Online Returns Portal here.
  • 2. You will be prompted to enter your order number (e.g. EU01234) and delivery or billing postcode.
  • 3. Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!
  • 4. Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel.
  • 5. Send your items back to us with the original Packing Slip, so we can identify your order number. ParcelShop locator Click here.
  • 6. Once your return has arrived and processed at Cole Haan Warehouse, we will issue your refund. For returns process, please allow 28 working days for a refund to be credited back to your account. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/society to process the payment.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 14 working days of it reaching our warehouse. Please note, once our warehouse receives and process the items, only then we can process your refunds, It can take up to 28 working days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email contact.europe@colehaan.eu so we can investigate this for you. Refunds for online orders are credited back to the original payment method.

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?

    You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return. However, if you’d like to check in with the tracking more frequently you can track your return here.

    CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDERS?

    We are unable to offer exchange service, however would encourage you to return your product and re-order an alternative product/size until you are fully satisfied. If you have any further questions please contact us at contact.europe@colehaan.eu
